Well I got a fill yesterday and I will be on liquids till Thursday. When I start back eating I have to write down everything I put in my mouth.

I am so thankful for the Lap Band, Dr. Moskowitz and his staff! June 7, 2010Monday, June 7th, 2010 Called for a meeting with Dr. Moskowitz this morning. We found out that he is being deployed to Iraq for 3 months. We all were sad to hear this. We are all hoping and praying for his speedy and safe return. June 4, 2010Friday, June 4th, 2010 June 2, 2010Wednesday, June 2nd, 2010 Feeling good- I’ve noticed another 2 pound weight loss, that makes 31 lbs. I am so excited. My clothes are really getting loose. Eating smaller amounts and being satisfied. I love my new life. June 1, 2010Tuesday, June 1st, 2010 Scale day and I did it! One more pound gone. I am now down to 196 lbs. The total now is 24lbs post Lap Band. This morning I was putting on my make-up and I saw that I have a cheek line, not just fat around my face anymore. My family, friends, co-workers and the other ladies are a very big inspiration to me on this journey. |
