Okay, so I’ve been having some episodes of my food getting “stuck” This is painful. I’ve heard others talk about this but I’ve just started experiencing this since my last fill. There definitely are food that I can’t eat now that I could before like rice, roast, bread and a few other things. Of course these are some of the foods we are supposed to avoid. I’ve learned that when the food gets stuck it has got to come up. This is not fun. My advice…chew, chew, chew and when you think you have chewed your food enough, chew some more. Eat more slowly! Definitely losing more weight. Took measurements and lost a total of 12 inches. Down 2 sizes.
