Called for a meeting with Dr. Moskowitz this morning.  We found out that he is being deployed to Iraq for 3 months.  We all were sad to hear this.  We are all hoping and praying for his speedy and safe return.

Feeling good- I’ve noticed another 2 pound weight loss, that makes 31 lbs.  I am so excited.  My clothes are really getting loose.  Eating smaller amounts and being satisfied.  I love my new life.

Had a fill today.  Dr. Moskowitz accessed my port with 1 stick.  I feel much fuller now.  Weighed at his office today and now I have lost 25 pounds since my surgery and with my pre-surg weight that makes a total of 29 lbs.  I am proud of myself.  My husband and I measured me tonight and I’ve lost 9 inches since my LapBand.  I am excited about that.  Continuing to swim and exercise in the pool.

Starting not to be satisfied when I eat.  I think its time for a fill.  Not feeling the best today, I’m not really sure why.  Still exercising in the pool.  10 laps in my pool equals 1/4 of a mile.  I’m increasing my laps.  I need to measure myself.

Continuing to exercise in my pool and I am seeing more of a decrease in my weight.  I’m not as sore – feeling great!  Trying to get more protein in my diet.  People are noticing the changes in me, my weight loss and my attitude.  I feel so much better.  I’m excited for each new day!

Doing really well – my weight is dropping.  Weight loss of 25 lbs since starting on this journey.  Down almost 2 sizes in clothing.  I’m exercising in my pool – treading water, doing arm and leg exercises and swimming laps. I am sore but it will get better. My appetite still decreased since my last fill.
