Today I went shopping and I tried on a 20W…THEY WERE TOO BIG! So I went down to 18W…TOO BIG! So I’m in a size 18…I have not been this size in a long time!

Today I made it to 199 pounds! I have lost 21 pounds since my surgery. I am going to have an under 200 party!!

I have found that white meat chicken is hard for me to eat. I don’t have any problems with beef, but chicken and bread just don’t work for me. Since having my surgery I don’t eat that much chocolate any more. I may have had 1 bite of chocolate since my surgery. That is amazing for me!

I had an appointment at Dr. M’s office today. I have lost 10 pounds since my surgery, and that brings my total to 28 pounds. I told the doctor that I am still hungry, and I’m scared that I will over eat. He explained to me that meant that it was time for an adjustment (fill).
