Well I got a fill yesterday and I will be on liquids till Thursday.  When I start back eating I have to write down everything I put in my mouth.

Today is going to be a good day, another one bites the dust.  193!  27 lbs since my Lap Band and 45 since Jan.  I am so thankful for the Lap Band, Dr. Moskowitz and his staff!

Scale day and I did it! One more pound gone.  I am now down to 196 lbs.  The total now is 24lbs post Lap Band.  This morning I was putting on my make-up and I saw that I have a cheek line, not just fat around my face anymore. My family, friends, co-workers and the other ladies are a very big inspiration to me on this journey.

Today I started back eating regular food and I am doing fine.  Last night I tried on my prom dress.  It was tight but I did get in it.  The last time I had it on was 16 years ago.  Jon told me “you can not wear that”. I sure showed him that I could.  I know I could not have, had it not been for Dr. Moskowitz and the Lap Band.

Today was not a good day, I had some baked chicken and it made me so sick.   I called Dr. Moskowitz office and talked to Tai, she told me to go on liquids till Sunday so that my band could rest.
